Terms of Return. To qualify for a solution, any issues with received products must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE! Original Pop Art is NOT liable for stolen packages. Please make sure the address drop off is safe. Some people even have a package delivered to their work.
Delayed Deliveries! Give it couple extra days and then contact us. Delays can happen especially around the holidays or weather related events. You can also go to the tracking link that was sent to your email to get updates.
Once you submit your request. We will submit a resolution through our order detail page and keep you updated within 24hrs or sooner.
Delivery Related Product Damage. Attach in Contact us box a clear photos or/and video of the package, the printed design and the issue are clearly visible.
Reprint for Faulty Item. After pictures are submitted and it shows the product was not correct, no need for a return of said product and a new product will be shipped.
Reimbursement for Faulty Item. No need to return wronged product. Your refund will be returned to your Printify Account Balance.
No Returns or Exchanges. Since products are printed on demand, returns and exchanges are generally not supported.
